Physiotherapy

Assessment first, then action.

Treatment is based on clinical findings, functional goals and how you respond to care.

Plans commonly combine education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and hands-on techniques, with a home program that keeps you progressing between visits. Care is available in clinic, at home, or virtually when appropriate.

Biomedical dry needling

One tool within a broader plan.

Following screening and informed consent, dry needling may be used to address myofascial and neuromuscular contributors to pain and movement limitation. It is combined with assessment, education, exercise and functional rehab, never used as a stand-alone treatment.
