- A full assessment at home, including how you move around your space
- Home safety and fall-risk review with practical suggestions
- An exercise plan that uses what you already have
- Progress checks, and a move to in-clinic care when you are ready

Which areas do you visit?
We visit Spruce Grove and nearby communities. Call or send a request with your address and we will confirm whether you are within our current in-home service area.
Is in-home physiotherapy covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan and claim type. Check with your insurer, or ask our office team and we will help you understand what to look for.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a physician referral to see a physiotherapist in Alberta, although some insurance plans require one for coverage.
What should I have ready?
A little space to move, comfortable clothing, any mobility aids you use, and a list of your medications and recent medical information.
