Physiotherapist
Josephine is an internationally educated physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopaedics and Sports. She brings more than eight years of experience across orthopaedics, neurology, sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, paediatrics and cardiology.
She has completed Building Better Bones (Level 1) training in osteoporosis care, is certified in the Mulligan Concept and has completed McKenzie Method Part A (Lumbar Spine). She continues advanced education in concussion rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, GLA:D® for hip and knee osteoarthritis, TMJ dysfunction and biomedical dry needling.
Josephine enjoys working with clients whose recovery involves overlapping musculoskeletal, vestibular, concussion or persistent-pain concerns, and focuses on movement, confidence and participation in everyday life, not only pain.
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Jonathan focuses on targeted, effective treatment built around how each person actually uses their body day to day.
His work emphasizes deep tissue where it matters most, combined with an understanding of posture, occupational strain and lifestyle factors. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, he looks at the bigger picture, including work habits, sleep and daily patterns.
He takes a practical, conversation-based approach, connecting what is happening in the body to real routines and giving clients tools to support longer-term change.
Clinical Counsellor (RTC)
Safrana is a counsellor, mindfulness and breathwork facilitator who supports people through emotional, physical and mental challenges with a compassionate, trauma-informed and client-centred approach.
She supports clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and chronic pain, as well as those navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges and self-esteem.
Her work integrates mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, psychoeducation and practical coping strategies, and she values collaborative care with physiotherapists and other providers.
Office Administrator / Manager
Roberta is the first point of contact at the clinic and a passionate advocate for clients, particularly with insurance and WCB questions.
With decades of customer-relations and people-management experience and an honours diploma in Medical Office Administration, she makes sure every question is answered with care, in person or over the phone.
